Region:

Foz do Arelho is located in the Portuguese Silvercoast, about 80 km north of Lisbon. The nearby town of Caldas da Rainha is connected to the whole country by modern motorways. The weather is nice all year round: mild in autumn and winter and warm in summer, but not too hot.

	Originally a fisherman's village, Foz do Arelho's has both sea and lake beaches (see more info in the menu Beach).
	Caldas da Rainha lies on 8 km distance. It has several supermarkets, shoppingcenters, museums, schools, hospital, etc. In the center of the town there's a big park with a small lake (rowing boats for rent).
	Golf course nearby with beatifull view over the ocean.
	The medieval town of Óbidos, famous for its narrow streets and typical houses inside the castle's walls, is only 12 km away.
	About 30 km to the north, lies Nazaré beach, also a fishermans village.
